The deductible is €500 per damage event by default. Damage caused by prohibited use (such as driving under the influence) can be fully charged to the renter.
You can pay the rental fee via iDEAL or in cash at the start. The deposit (€250) must always be paid in advance via iDEAL and received by us before you leave.

For normal use: no. For extreme dirt, smoking in the car or pets without permission, we charge cleaning fees (industry standard).
Yes, VAT is included by default on our invoices.
The 2CV is a classic car without Isofix. Use a child seat that can be secured with the existing seat belts and follow legal guidelines.
The wedding package costs €230 per day (incl. VAT). The deposit is €250. We agree on timing and route together with you.
More than 30 days before the rental date: free cancellation.
14 to 30 days before: we retain 25%.
2 to 14 days before: we retain 50%.
Within 48 hours or no-show: 100%.
Refunds are processed within 14 days to the same account the payment came from.
In case of a no-show the full rental fee is retained. We've held the duck for you that day, so it can't be booked by anyone else.
With a valid reason (illness with doctor's note or KNMI weather code orange/red) you can request a credit valid for 12 months. That way you can rebook without losing your payment.
In case of a collision: always call the police and take photos.
We arrange roadside assistance and further handling. No stress, we make sure you can continue safely or get picked up.
