Meet Renske, our cheerful red 2CV with a little extra character.

Renske has not always stood so proudly on her wheels. She spent four years off the road and went through quite a journey during that time. Not along Frisian dikes and country roads, but in the workshop, where father and son rebuilt her together.

Step by step, Renske came back to life. With care, patience and a real love for the 2CV. And you can see it. An unexpected request to use her as a wedding car suddenly gave her restoration a clear deadline. And there she was, right on time, shining in her stunning red colour.

Before her restoration, Renske had already lived a full life. You can hardly see that anymore. Only on the bonnet does she still carry a small scar from her previous life. Look closely, and you can see that the wind once got a little too much grip on it.

Renske has a little more spirit in her character. Cheerful, smooth and just the right amount of stubborn. She feels light and familiar, making her a lovely car for anyone driving a 2CV for the first time.

Once you drive Renske, you notice it straight away: this is no ordinary ride. Roof open, engine gently humming, cruising calmly through Friesland. Renske brings a smile with her wherever she goes.
